Character Exchange! (end of July) 5 entries due

Since I have not heard from the remaining two people, I will be barring them from participation in both future exchanges and they will be unable to win any future contests. I apologize for being so pushy about these things, guys, but I think it's unfair for people to not do their parts.

I will eventually take over the remaining parts. Except for the one where the two remaining people are paired off. So those who did your part for them and haven't received your parts, I will eventually have them done for you.

However, if anyone would be kind enough to offer to take on one of the remaining request, I would greatly appreciate it since I do have so much to do in terms of contest prizes and such.

I've a few simple, but strict rules, though:
1. If you use a base, make sure you spend more than half an hour working on it! I'd hate for the person you are paired with to feel like they got someone's lazy work.
2. Don't sign up, then NOT do your part. I will warn you now: if you don't do your part, you will be blacklisted an unable to participate in future events.
3. Don't be scared if you think your art isn't good enough. Sign up anyway! If you put effort into your art, it will reflect in the end result

Now, I'll have two categories: Couples and Single Characters. I will pair people of using a random number generator.

Edit: Someone asked a good question: Are Fanfics allowed? The answer is, yes. However, I think I'll have another category for that! :3 And partners can choose to draw for the fanfic writer, or write something in return?
